My goldendoodle, Graci is a great dog, aside from the biting. She is 12 weeks old and we know that all puppies nip, but it is getting to be too much. We try to pet her..she nips, we lie next to her and she tries to bite our clothes, hands, hair, etc. We play with her and she nips. We show her a lot of love and attention, but the nipping turns us off. We tried everyone's suggestions: yelp like it hurts; give a strong 'no'; walk away; put her in her crate for 29 seconds so she understands that if she bites play-time stops; etc. We don't know what else to do. It doesn't seem like she understands biting is a no-no. Please help!!(she starts obedience classes in two weeks, which I hope helps. But in the meantime I need guidance.)
