Ear scratching

Marlie seems to be scratching her ears a lot. Her first vet checkup they discovered she had yeast in her ears. We were back to the vet 2 weeks ago and they said they are fine. I was given product to clean her ears with but was wondering if anyone has any ear advice??? I've been told to give the dog yogurt everyday, has anybody else heard of this??
