New doodle owner

Hello everyone, my name is Chris and I have a 4 month old Goldendoodle named Parker. She is great, about 16LBS and loves everyone.

Her training is going really well. Everyday she is getting better and better at walking on her leash, she loves her crate, she knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, paw, down, and if you tell her to go to her kennel she will run right into it.

One hickup. Throughout our house training experience Parker has been really easy, she stands by the door and always lets us know when she needs to use the washroom. We considered her house trained about a month ago, and trust her with every room in our house, even the carpeted ones. She hadn't had an accident in weeks until yesterday. Yesterday I took her to the Vet because her eyes were a little goopy and I was worried it was an eye infection. It turns out it was just a little one, so I got some eye drops for her. While we were there we decided to get her last round of shots as she just turned 16 weeks. After the vet we came home, parker was dopey for the rest of the afternoon, typical after her shos, but then the evening came. She peed at the front door, right as we were leaving. Then we went for a walk, she peed on the walk, got home and she peed again in the hall of our apartment. About an hour later my wife was folding laundry in the bed room and Parker wanted up on the bed (which we let her) my wife put her on the bed and Parker peed right in the middle of it. Never ever has she had more than two accidents in one day, all of a sudden she had 3. Now today, she has already had 2 accidents today, both shortly after she has gone to the bathroom. I really don't know what to do. The kicker is that she peed on our comforter again, finally after it dried from last night (right as my wife was making the bed).

Any suggestions? I'm wondering if it's possible she has a bladder infection, possibly from the vet office or something? The vet wants $40 to do a analysis of her urine, but I just dropped $300 there yesterday!
